Welcome! Thanks for taking the time to visit my home on the web. Here you'll find information about my music and ministry, and get to know a little more about my mission. And what is that? It is a mission to help people to get past their past and connect with the God Who loves them more than they could ever imagine! I believe my calling is to help other people discover THEIR calling. The ministry that God has called me to often finds me performing concerts and special events that use my story and my songs to help inspire and equip people to find their calling, as well as leading worship--both at home and around the country.

There are a few areas that are especially close to my heart: Recovery ministries, youth ministries, and women's ministries. Because God called me out of a very lost past and saved me from a dark future, I know that God is able to do that for anyone! I am privileged to be half of the "Road to Recovery Tour" with Leah Martensen (www.roadtorecoverytour.com ) -- together we travel all over the country sharing our stories at Recovery groups and churches, and we get to see first-hand that God is still in the business of turning lives around! (If you are involved in a Recovery group and would like to have us come, we would love to talk to you. Please send me an email.) But because my life started going south in my teen years, I am really passionate about reaching teens before they reach the point of giving in to the peer pressure around them -- which is why I love doing youth events too, whether leading worship for retreats, Disciple Now weekends, and camps, or doing special event concerts. If you are involved in a youth group, I'd love to talk with you about how to set up an event for your group. Now, as a mom, I also feel a special bond with women everywhere and the struggles we all go through, balancing our sacred duty to our families with everything else we want to accomplish in life! I love doing women's events, where women can come have a relaxing time with "the girls" -- to have fun and have their souls ministered to at the same time!

I had a cool interview this past weekend for my radio show, Songwriter's Corner... I interviewed a group called The Reminders ( www.thereminders.com ), which includes a songwriter named John Thompson, the guy who wrote "El Shaddai." What an honor! 02.27.13 - New Single Released!

I'm excited to let you know I've released a new single called "Prayer for My Son," which is now available for download here on the website ( on the Music page ) as well as iTunes and other online retailers, for just 99 cents. This lullaby-sounding song is one I think most parents will identify with. If you liked "Remember This," you'll love "Prayer for My Son."
